WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We respectfully request that you call or email to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION A late cancellation will apply if:

1/ You give less than 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel your appointment.
2/ You do not show up for your appointment.
3/ You arrive more than 7 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and there is no availability. *

Any late cancellation will result in a $20 charge, payable at your next appointment.
